Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original resalable condition.
Returns entitle you to an exchange or refund, excluding original postage and packaging costs. We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for goods that have been worn, cleaned or are not in their original condition.
International Returns
International returns must be made at the customer’s expense. We recommend using your local postal service or courier:
● If you do not already have a return form, please download, print and complete one.
● Ensure that your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions listed below.
● Please clearly mark “RETURNED ITEMS” on the outside of the package, and most importantly, make sure that “RETURNED ITEMS” is checked on your customs declaration form.
● Please return the completed Return Form with your item(s) to the address below on our website.
Returns Terms and Conditions
● All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and/or packaging (if applicable).
● We are not responsible for return shipping costs for items.
● All items must be in original, resalable condition.
● If you receive sneakers in the wrong size, we can offer you a 40%-50% discount to repurchase new ones.
● Please make sure that all returned items are well-packaged so that they are not damaged in the mail.
● If returning shoes, please ensure that the box is protected by an outer layer. The box is part of the product so any damage may result in the return being refused.
● Please ensure that all return packages are sent via a traceable and insured service.
● We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during the return journey.
● If returning an item from outside of the UK, please clearly mark the parcel ‘Returned Item’ to avoid any customs charges.END. is not responsible for any return duties.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
We plan to process returns within 2 business days of receipt. As long as the returned merchandise meets our refund criteria, your refund will arrive within 24-48 hours of processing the return, depending on your card issuer.
How long will it take for me to make a redemption?
We aim to process returns within 2 business days of receiving them. After your return is processed, you should receive your item within 3 business days if we have the exchange item in stock. The total estimated time for an exchange is up to 7 days after receiving the item.
